A Letter of Grief is a written letter to help process the emotions that come along with processing any type of grief. According to Harvard Health in the past three years, over 57% of Americans have experienced close loss. The way people grieve differs from person to person , but there is some research in how disclosing deep emotion through writing can help us cope with these intense feelings of grief.
